The Jewish Communities of Grijpskerk and Groningen, Netherlands: The Life of Rural and Urban Jews

Immerse yourself in fascinating Jewish history with the Atid community. We invite you to our activity “Jewish History told by Atid Members”, which takes place on Saturdays after Shacharit. This space is an opportunity to share and learn about the stories of Jewish communities from different countries and times, told by the members of our community themselves.

On this occasion, on Saturday, November 16, we will have the third presentation of the cycle, titled “The Jewish Communities of Grijpskerk and Groningen, Holland: The Life of Rural and Urban Jews”, by Paul Gans. Dare to participate: We invite you to share with us the history of the Jews of your country, city or even family, from ancient times to modern times. Every contribution is valuable and helps us grow as a community!

It is necessary to register by filling out the website form below.

In addition, we ask that you bring pavre or vegetarian food to share with everyone and enjoy an even warmer community moment.

We look forward to having you in this enriching experience of learning and community connection!

This activity is organized by David Merkler. Contact: davidsmerkler@gmail.com
