Machon Masorti - Leadership for Europe

Since November 1, 2022, I have participated in five virtual meetings organized by the Masorti movement for future community leaders.

In them I have been able to exchange concerns, impressions and experiences with participants from communities from all over Europe addressing common challenges.

We have talked about what identifies us as a Masorti community, how to make services more attractive, what activities not related to religious services can be carried out to bring people closer to the community, how to make young adults more participatory, how to organize and manage the community among other issues.

I have found it interesting to note that although the differences between the different communities can be large in terms of the number of members and resources, the challenge for all is to look to the future and to achieve continuous and sustained participation of their members over time. hand in hand with well-prepared leaders and volunteers.
