What a privilege to have participated in the emotional celebration of the 76th anniversary of independence and the creation of the State of Israel, invited by Ambassador Rodica Radian Gordon.

During the event, I had the honor of speaking with prominent personalities such as Ambassador Rodica Radian-Gordon, Honorary Consul Yoseph David Sánchez Molina, the President of the Federation of Jewish Communities of Spain David Obadia, Carolina Ainsen director of the Federation, and leaders from various Jewish communities in our country, such as Ariel Liberman, President of Bet El Madrid.

One of the most important themes that emerged in our conversations was the urgent need to combat anti-Semitism. It is essential to join forces and work tirelessly to eradicate this scourge that unfortunately still persists and is more exacerbated than ever in our society.

It was also a moment to pay tribute and say goodbye to the Ambassador, who after five very difficult years, and with dedication and excellence in her work, leaves an indelible legacy in Spain. His tireless work has strengthened the ties between our countries despite all the inconveniences and has been a beacon of inspiration for us all.

Let's continue working together to build a more just and tolerant world for all communities.
