Together We Build, Decorate, and Celebrate as a Community!
Last week, from the beginning of Sukkot, we built the sukkah together, enjoying the process while deciphering instructions and guidelines. The joy of seeing the fruit of our shared effort was immense when the sukkah was finally assembled. We prayed the prayers with each of the elements, the four species, and installed the spirit of the festival among us.
The beautiful decoration was designed and organized by a group of volunteers who dedicated their time and effort to make the sukkah look beautiful, fresh, and delicate, creating a welcoming space that conveyed joy and unity.
During the weekend, the Noam youth visited the sukkah and delighted us with delicious snacks and an incredible musical unplugged performance. They organized activities, played, and sang with the little ones, creating an atmosphere full of energy and fun.
This week, we also welcomed authorities and people outside the Jewish community to our sukkah, with whom we shared our traditions and customs.
We are very happy to have made the sukkah a meeting point, a space for union and construction, where even those who are not part of our community can find refuge and feel welcome.
