BAR MITZVAH TOMER ELDAR
Last Saturday our beloved Tomer Eldar went up for the first time to read the Torah and commented his parsha Toledot in front of his family, friends and members of the community that wanted to accompany him on this important day. The Thursday before Tomer had the honor of receiving the tefillin and tallit from his great-grandfather, and learned the value and the meaning of dressing for morning prayer. On Saturday, finally, after a long period of learning, Tomer demonstrated to everyone what he had learned and He was able to say clearly what he liked and what he didn't like about his parsha Toledot. Tomer He stressed the value of being a good brother, of learning to share, and never ever reach the extremes of rivalry like those that Jacob and Esau reached. Before all the community, Tomer gave us all a valuable lesson on how to overcome fear and shyness to face an auditorium full of people and read with great ease and seriousness, showing how much he has grown. We are very proud of you, Tomer!
