Purim 2018

Yesterday, Wednesday, February 28, we met at ATID to meet one of the important Purim Mitzvot ... reading the Megillah.

We started with the Arvit service to make way for a very special reading. We have read chapters alternating Spanish and Catalan and the last verses of each chapter were read in different languages: English, Ladino, Hebrew, Portuguese, French, German, Italian, Hungarian and Basque.

Finally, we went down to continue celebrating with music, Oznei Haman and the prizes to our Queen Esther - Dominique Tomasov and our Mordechai - Spencer Rosen.

It has been a magnificent evening, of fun and learning in community.

We want to thank all those who have participated in making this a fantastic event tonight!
