Day of commemoration for the victims of the Shoa
ACT IN ATID IN COMMEMORATION OF THE INTERNATIONAL DAY IN REMEMBRANCE OF THE VICTIMS OF THE HOLOCAUST
On January 30, we had the privilege of listening live to the testimony of Michal Dotan Levin. Michal shared with us the story of her grandfather and how he survived the Shoah, and the terrible mental, psychological, physical and emotional consequences it left him. Despite all this, Michal's message was a message of resistance and hope, resistance through memory and resistance to oblivion.
With Michal's testimony, Atid was chosen to host the initiative of the Center for Jewish Impact together with the World Zionist Organization and the Maccabi Tel Aviv Basketball Club, in a joint effort to fight the scourge of anti-Semitism and denial of religion. Holocaust. Therefore, in addition to Michal, we were joined on Monday by international basketball legend Doron Jamchy, personalities from the World Zionist Organization's Holocaust Remembrance Department, as well as representatives from the Center for Jewish Impact.
